"Amazing Hotel"

"Friendly staff. Found out you had free parking if you had a blue badge. Unusual place to staff which we enjoyed and right in the center of town."

"Room was large with king bed, two chairs for reading, desk counter with chair, coffeemaker, large batbroom with tub and shower. Fairly quiet, althougb I could hear the conversations across the hall easily. Nice bar, friendly and helpful staff. Bus into Oxford a few minutes away."

"The hotel is very clean and ideally located, with shops nearby and an adventure centre with cinema and other entertainment facilities just across the road. We booked a family room and it was great, very spacious and clean. I requested a cot for my baby and it was in the room when we got there. The swimming pool and other facilities were wonderful, and we all enjoyed it. The bar/restaurant was great too and they were showing the World Cup final on the big screen which was brilliant for my husband...

"Room was clean but bathroom tap was very stiff, difficult to open and close the tap. A Bathroom a bit dated. Staff were very helpful, dinner was amazing and so was the service we did not have breakfast, bar & the staff were great. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful."

"I booked this property expecting a genuine 4-star standard, but unfortunately it fell far short of that expectation. Both our room and the annex house were extremely dated, shabby, and noticeably worn throughout. The accommodation felt more like a room in a private house than a 4-star hotel. There were numerous issues during our stay, including inconsistent hot water, very old and tired bathrooms, creaky floors, and worn walls, furnishings, and bed linen. The overall condition of the property...
