Vacaciones en Valle del Caballo Blanco

Deliberately falsely advertised as a hotel with swimming pool, gym, parking etc. But it was only a 3 bed end of terrace house with no signs to state it was B &B. Business room selected but we got a tiny room with No facilities! No room TV, No Tea making facilities, No en-suite, no chairs, no table, etc. There was only one bathroom shared with 3 bedrooms! No free parking so we had to park on the payment risking a parking fine. No swimming pool or gym or restaurant on site! You had to travel over a mile to find them! Sleep was interrupted by planes from Heathrow airport! Do not even think about staying here!!! 100% unsatisfactory! We are so upset, outraged and disappointed.

Our overall experience did not fully meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon arrival, we found the room poorly cleaned. The floor and living room carpet were visibly dirty, as if they had not been vacuumed. I had to contact reception immediately to request cleaning, although our request was handled promptly. The bedroom was also quite small and cramped, with barely enough space to move around the bed. Additionally, there were no bedside tables or reading lamps on both sides of the bed. The in-room amenities were disappointing for a 4-star property. There were no slippers, bathrobes or other basic comforts, only shampoo and shower gel. Another major inconvenience was the elevators. During peak hours, waiting times could reach 10–15 minutes, which was frustrating and tiring. On the positive side, the staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety, and the hotel's location was excellent. Overall, the hotel has some positive aspects, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, room facilities and elevator service to meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel.
