"We enjoyed the stay. Room was more spacious than expected and clean. The shower was also very nice and convenient walk in w glass surround. Housekeeping was great about keeping us in fresh towels. There was always someone helpful at the front desk. Glad we stayed there."

"Although overall I enjoyed this hotel, I encountered some issues that were on the negative side. When checking in I was told that the room I had booked in advance and paid for was not available (?!). The receptionist then said I had been upgraded to another room.. but when I saw it, it was a major downgrade and worse, the bed was unmade. I had booked a cocoon room with XL spa tub and the room I was assigned was a regular hotel room with insert bath/shower. When I told reception that it was...

"We had a great stay at the Saonte Anne. Our room was nice and comfortable, large shower, and the hotel is well placed to enjoy everything in Old Town. We were able to park at Hotel de Ville and an easy walk from there to St, Anne via rue de Jardin."
