"I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The receptionist was very accommodating, hospitable, and gave such good recommendations that made my trip even better. "Everything was solid besides the staff.. booked for 10 nights and would walk into the hotel with staff chasing me down to the communal bathroom to ask what I was doing here… they all knew me and knew exactly what I was doing there. Happened multiple times specifically the woman at the reception. Otherwise solid hotel if you want to come to Pisa and have good access to the train station (right across from hotel front entrance)"

"This is a charming old palace with lots of personality and the staff all were excellent. It was a welcome overnight refuge from Pisa after our plane was cancelled. Keep in mind it’s primarily a spa hotel with its own rhythms. And the food was delicious if a bit pricey. Also try the gelato shop across the street for the best gelato."

"Ladesäule auf dem Gelände ist natürlich super. Lage an sich auch gut. Alles andere hat nicht im Ansatz 4 Sterne verdient. Alles ist alt, Wände teilweise brüchig und kaputt, bis auf neue Kommoden und Fernseher, ist nichts auf dem Neusten Stand. Das Wlan hat nur in der Lobby funktioniert, im Zimmer gar nicht. Für 4 Sterne und den Preis pro Nacht, sind wir richtig enttäuscht worden."

"Nice place, very nice room and location. I found the room was nice aswell as the bed. Installations a bit old, it was hard to charge the phone except in the bathroom. Both the restaurant and the enoteca were closed because it was low season, but I had chosen this resort because it had a restaurant. Amazing view. I did not try the pool as it was closed. "

"What a great hotel in the heart of Pisa. 1 street from the main street and just a short walk to the leaning tower. They have parking so that wasnt an issue at all. Very friendly staff fir sure. The breakfast was great with several options from cereal to charcuterie. Strongly recommend staying here."

"Okay for the money. No AC, lots of mosquitoes due to open windows. Extremely loud until 330AM on Fri/Sat nights. Great location if not driving. Difficult parking with ZTL restrictions."
