The place is poorly kept. We arrived late, and the reception was closed. We had to go
authomathic check on and it was a long and convoluted process, which took a long time. We were able to get assistance, but once we fonally got the elettronic card to access the hotel, the room' door didn't open, therefore we had to go back to the outsude entrance and get a new electronic card through the assistance. Back to the room, the room's door did not ooen without a strong kick. That door had in reality a big isdu as confirmed in the morning. The inside of the room was poorly equipped, only 2 pillows for a double , one set of towels, no glasses ( found them in the morning in the fridge), no kettle gor making a cup of tea or coffee. More than essential, i would say. The bathroom was old, toilette seat of the wrong size for that toilette's model, was redicoudly small, no plugs in the basin or bidet' , which showed only a big hole. In addition, the bathroom was poorly cleaned and the floor showed stains everywhere. Also, in the morning, we noticed that room's door must have gone through some flooding as it showed wrotten wood at its botton and sides.. Breakfast was better than expected, with enough variety of choices. Personell was nice and helpful. Overall, for a 'budget" hotel (whose price was not really " budget" ) the place was disappointing at most levels. Not recommended for the price.
