"Me parecio muy decepcionante que no tuviera aire acondicionado, la habitación era un horno y solo habia un ventilador de broma. Por otro lado en el anuncio del apartamento pone que tien cocina y lo que tiene es un microondas multiusos que como quieras aprender como funciona pierdes tus vacaciones leyendo el librito de instrucciones. Se escucha mucho a las habitaciones de los lados. En definitiva no volvere nunca ni se lo recomiendo a nadie ya que encima el precio es alto. "

"A lovely house in a very nice and quiet location. The house was very clean, spacious and well decorated. We had everything we needed. It was conveniently located for the places we wanted to visit. The recommendations from the owner were very good. The kids loved the mini golf and the Splash park in Parksville. We also visited Coombs, Horne Lake caves and Englishman river Falls. It was nice to be so close to the Little Qualicum Falls, we could even go to swim. A very lovely place"

"I am in BC for work and had to stay over the weekend so I took the ferry from Horseshoe Inlet to Nanaimo. The ferry is easy and an enjoyable ride. The Savvy Seagull was a great place to stay. Very clean and the fireplace made it feel very comfortable in early Spring. Ray was very helpful and accommodating to my late check in. Thanks for everything!"

"Spotlessly clean and well decorated home in Parksville. Would be great in the summer as it’s within walking to the city beach but on a side street, away from the summer traffic. Good local restaurants are nearby along with three grocery stores in case you want to take advantage of the full kitchen in the unit. Doris and Rick were welcoming hosts and I had zero issues during my stay. The pictures are exactly what you get. I’ll definitely be booking again when I need a place to stay in Parksville."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay in this modern and clean townhouse but would advise guests that as of fall 2023 there is no view from this unit and there is construction directly outside where the patio and BBQ area. "I’ll start by saying that the apartment was immaculately clean. I really appreciate the no frills/down to earth approach. I’ve largely avoided these types of rentals in favour of hotels in recent years given the long lists of fussy rules some owners have that make the stay feel like an imposition rather than a business transaction.
