"Filiz made it so easy before we even checked in advising on local amenities and taxis etc. She welcomed us on the day and gave a lovely tour around her beautiful property before leaving us to enjoy the weekend. The property was like a show home with a beautiful garden that we sat in day and evening. If you should make a mess there's even a robot that can clean up for you. Would highly recommend. Thank you"

Gracias"

"The hotel is conveniently located close to t4 at Heathrow and walkable. Front desk staff were fast & helpful. Rooms were clean. Only one complaint was that the housekeeper was cleaning rooms in my area and slamming doors between 9:30pm- 10:15pm. It was a little inconvenient since I needed to wake up at 3:45am for an early flight."

"Unfortunately, the condition of the facilities did not meet expectations. The shower had a makeshift covering to prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor, while both the sink and bathroom shelf showed noticeable signs of wear and peeling paint. Additionally, there was a persistent and unpleasant sewage odor in the room, which significantly affected the overall comfort of our stay."

"Excelente lugar para quedarse a descansar mientras esperas tu vuelo. Me gustó mucho."
