Very close to the airport and a great little pub, The White Hart. I wish the bus to the airport were easier to figure out, but I did make it on time.

A very basic room with soap and towels. That is all. There was a slight smell that didn’t really bother me after a while. The walls are very thin so I heard noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway. The staff were very nice and helpful. It was an okay place to stay one night before my flight. Cost £21 for a taxi to the airport.

Consider when booking this hotel that is the middle of nowhere even though is only a mile from the airport but there is nothing to buy food or anything. Is a very basic hotel. Staff was helpful at check in. The room was very clean and the shower room is good and clean too. But is a hotel to go and sleep for a few hours and that’s it. They charge for parking. £15 the night. They didn’t mentioned that when I booked.

To call this a Hotel is very misleading. It is at the very least bed accommodation and that's all. There are no kitchen facilities, no tea/coffee amenities. We stayed 2 nights, room was not serviced, the TV remote didn't work (asked for new batteries, still didn't work) the shower had no curtain so everything in the bathroom got soaked. Luckily we removed the toilet paper. The shower/bathroom door leaked so the floor in the room around the door got soaked. I'd not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed

Firstly the room is definitely not suitable for a couple! Even for one person it is lousy. There are no shelves or side tables at all to put anything on. No kettle. No air conditioning. The shower/toilet is extremely small. Once you have a shower then all the bathroom floor is completely wet for your partner. We shall never be staying in a Citi or Easy Hotel type room ever again! AVOID

This is not a hotel it’s like a cabin were there was no facilities at all even the receptionist are but helpful and they don’t know what they doing as if they were just put in a job on the spot no phone in the rooms if you need some inquiry or assistance there is no overnight staff so you could be stuck here as it’s far away from anywhere …as we explore and have happened to have conversations with local folks then we were told that this hotel is used to accommodate refugees!!

Upon arrival, we were not given the room we had booked. The room provided was not as advertised and did not match our booking. As two young women travelling together, we also felt extremely unsafe due to the number of heavily intoxicated people around the hotel. The environment was intimidating and did not feel safe at any point during our stay. After raising our concerns, we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, this room was in an even worse condition. It was dirty, had a strong unpleasant smell, and was infested with insects, including what appeared to be bed bugs. The room was clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard and was unfit to stay in. Given the serious safety concerns and the condition of the accommodation, we had no option but to leave the hotel and book alternative accommodation at our own expense

The experience was horrible with Expedia because of them I was charged and scammed from this property never ever booking these kind of properties ever. They charge you first and ask for deposit in text. The most annoying and rude experience. Scam is going on London

If you are alone and need a place to crash close to the airport that is cheap this was fine. If there are two of you in the compact room it’s not big enough. One person has to be in the bathroom while the other has a small luggage open to get clothes out. Room and bathroom was clean. Room can get very cold if you want it to, have your own temperature remote. You pay what you get. Bed was small but for one person it’s fine, I don’t recommend for two. The location in itself you can get to from the airport by bus. Bus stop is about a 5 minute walk. I do not recommend the walk alone at night, it is pretty creepy especially for a female you’re walking down a dark street and looking for the string lights. If you’re taking a taxi to the parking lot that is very well lit. Staff was friendly, check in was quick. It was better than sleeping on the floor of the airport and at least will get you a shower and a nap.

Given the cons, I would pick another slightly more expensive hotel with a better room design, or are either closer to Heathrow or a rail station. Pros: AC worked well and quietly in the London heat. Room was clean and tidy. Wifi worked, and it was where it was advertised to be. Cons: I recognize that this is a budget stay - a clean place to shower and sleep for an overnight close to Heathrow, and this no-frills hotel is filling that gap. However, there are some major flaws that would prevent me going back again: - The toilet and shower is one open room, which means showering will get the entire area wet, including the toilet lid, splashes on the toilet paper, and likely anything you've brought in. Therefore, you make the entrance to the toilet also wet, needing to dry it. Its such an oversight not to provide at least a perspex barrier to the shower. - The rooms are modular, but its too aggressive on space given the target customer. You have no storage space anywhere in the room - your bags are either at the foot of the bed or next to the bed. It creates a very cramped space as you can't tuck anything under the bed either, and there's no ledge for the other side of the bed for the 2nd person's devices. - No signage from the main road, and no signage on the building itself. It's just a random building at the end of a street that's not the easiest to pull lots of luggage down. - To save costs, they have not built up, so the hotel sprawls in long, winding passages.

I arrived at the hotel around midnight. I didn't feel very safe because there were intoxicated men hanging around outside. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was okay since I was only staying for a few hours, but I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including people's movements and loud music. The only real advantage is that it's close to the airport.

Got a last minute booking, bare bones room with no window, so I wasn’t expecting too much. However the room was minuscule even for one person with luggage, and the shower/wet room soaked the entire “bathroom” (wet the toilet paper!). Better than sleeping rough, but zero amenities except for free wifi
