"My family (5 adults) just had a wonderful stay at this property. It is on a quiet small street, but very close to beach and downtown (different directions). The whole unit (on the first floor) is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the wifi works well. Parking on the street is pretty easy. Sandra, the site manager, is very responsive and communicates well. We definitely would love to stay here again when we visit Monterey Bay next time."

"Excellent stay, great quiet location. A bit of a strong cleaning smell, but went away after opening some windows. Cute cat visitors, and I wouldnt count on the rooster as an alarm clock. Overall great stay. "

"The house is adorable and extremely comfortable. Both my husband and I were obsessed with the bed and the amazing wrap around porch. Everything in the house is high functioning and the view to the river is beautiful. It’s a long windy drive up and down to the house but it’s worth it. Everything about the River house makes you slow down and enjoy this beautiful part of California. "
