"This property was extremely disappointing. The drive up was unlit and ran along the edge of a mountain, making access feel dangerous. Arriving in a large truck made maneuvering and parking difficult, and at times we felt unsafe.
The property was outdated and poorly maintained. The hot tub was worn and exposed to direct sunlight with no shade or protection. The trailer had an unpleasant odor, and the seating and bed were old and badly worn. The shower and toilet also appeared neglected.

Be ready for curvy roads. He mentioned in his instructions cell service would be lost and the directive to download instructions and map for offline use are very important to follow. "Sean & Wendy’s home was the perfect place for our family to enjoy a small reunion in Monterey! It had enough space for all of us, was close to the attractions we planned on visiting, walkable distance to a park, and was located in a quiet neighborhood. Sean was responsive to all of our communication and ensured we had working equipment/fixed furniture during our stay. Super grateful to have found this home."

"The cottage was absolutely wonderful as far as location and access to the beach. We could’ve used an additional fan for the front room and the couch was really very uncomfortable.
