"Apartment was very comfortable and clean, location was not ideal as its surroundings are not appealing. It’s located in an area that has a lot of construction and no parking available for any visitors. There were no pictures of the apartment complex online, had I seen those I’m not sure I would have rented the apartment but once I saw the interior I was ok with it. The staff was very helpful when I called and promptly took care of the minor concerns I had."

"Good stay! Host was extremely nice and welcoming! It snowed during the night of the stay, and they were nice enough to still shovel a path in the morning and even cleared a path around my vehicle. Thank you! There is only a microwave, but easy to make work for food options. "

"The host was great, and very responsive to any questions or information we needed. The location was just right for wht we were in town for, with a great price to match! We just had a small issue with the the mini-splits either being way too hot or way too cold. We did figure this out with help from the host, but it seems like all of the units need to be off and turn the unit in the back bedroom, without the tv in it, on first to be able to change between heating and cooling on any of them. "Excellent location! Lots of restaurants within walking distance, and a conveniently located train station nearby. Apartment was cozy, well-stocked, and perfect for 2 people. Street parking was doable (visitor parking permit provided) but there’s also a parking garage nearby. Ken was very responsive and available through messages. "

"Our room was spotless and felt like a home away from home. All the appliances were brand new-looking and in excellent working condition. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others! Additionally, there are numerous food options in the area, and it's not far from the train station to travel to Boston or Salem. "

"Amin's apt was clean, well-furnished, conveniently located, well air-conditioned. When it turned out that he couldn't show up to meet me when I arrived, he sent rather cryptic instructions about how to gain access that delayed me for 45 minutes or so. That was not a good start. But after that, everything was fine."
