This Studio is on the 1st floor of this building with private fence yard of sitting area that you can enjoy. /upgrade brand Marble top kitchen / bathroom / new queen bed with good quality of bedding sheets /This is in an unbeatable location Central Square, Few minutes’ walk distance to MIT and Harvard, famous Charles River right next to it, and you can enjoy jogging/running/boat/ride bicycle / marathon along the river. There is activity in Central Square every day, is a very fun place to visit, many historical / unique restaurants and bar waiting for you to enjoy and discover. You could also take your time to window shopping, it may get surprise. The transportation is very convenient, easy to get all Boston attraction, red line subway/ over 10 lines of buses in walking distance. 1 stop to MGH/ HARVARD/ , few stops to famous Boston Public Garden/Quincy Market/ freedom Trail/ BU/BC/ Northeastern / new England aquarium/Fenway Park/Faneuil hall/Boston Tea party ships/Museum /children’s Museum/ you can also enjoy the Boston Duck Tour etc.

Street parking require parking permit , i will provide you one if you need it ,please ask when you booking , please remember to return the parking permit when you check out.

The location of the property was excellent but the home was dirty. There were dust bunnies on the floor, dust on the surfaces, burnt food on the stove, some garbage, and a beer can on the patio. In addition, one pillow—the I was planning to give my three year old—was stained and has no pillow case. When I contacted the owner about these issues, he was rude and unsympathetic. His response was that no one had ever complained about this problem and therefore the problem was me. He said my standards were too high and nothing would ever be good enough for me. He also refused to refund any part of the cleaning fee. I don’t recommend this property because the owner is rude and unprofessional.

The unit was just as described. We were only in town for 2 nights but we're able to do a lot given the great location of the unit. We were about a 5 minute walk from the subway and able to get around to downtown in under 30 minutes. We also attended a sox game. We took a Lyft to the game but returned easily and quickly via subway. The unit had a comfortable bed, full size fridge to store drinks, a Keurig and a sweet little patio. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a weekend stay!

Had concert tickets and Sox tickets! This was a great home base for me! Safe, clean, parking pass for the neighborhood! Highly recommend and would stay again!!

Needs attention

The property wasnt thoroughly cleaned. There were loose chips behind the garbage can in the kitchen. The bathroom mirror was dusty. Paint chips on the baseboard. We found a bug in our bedding, it turned out not to be a bedbug.The owners did work in the place while we were staying there.

First Visit to Boston

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights over the Fourth of July weekend. The studio apartment was small but had everything we needed. Basically also has a full kitchen with all the basic cooking stuff needed for preparing meals in. Our check-in process was great and we were even able to check in early - thank you Ken! Our only complaints would be that on our last night there while trying to sleep there was a bunch of heavy walking or banging on the floor upstairs and the availability of a washer and dryer. The washer and dryer aren’t located inside the apartment but rather there is a laundromat right next door. As renters, we were supposed to be able to wash/dry our clothes for free; however, each time we went to the laundromat to try and speak with someone about washing our clothes there was no one working there. So we ended up having to pay 16 to wash 2 loads of clothes and 6 to dry them last night before packing our suitcases. But that may have been due to the holiday weekend…just think it’s worth noting if you’re like me looking for a place with washer/dryer. We loved Boston and got to see some great places and fireworks (even seeing the Savannah Bananas play the Boston Fire Department) at Fenway Park. We do hope to return to Boston in the future.

The place was clean and well-kept. We only used the one bed, but it's a great studio that has the essentials you need. There is also an enclosed patio that is nice on warm days. Location is also great: you're a few minutes away from the MBTA, and can easily get into Boston.

The host is nice and the location is good, but the unit is way too small to fit three people. There is a pull out sofa bed, nut when it's pulled outed, there is almost no space to walk inside the unit.Besides, we were offered unit# 3 when we received the original booking confirmation last May, however, we only realized just one day prior to moving in that we were changed to unit #1 (nobody told us about this change, we realized by ourself).

Perfect getaway

The communication was fantastic, very prompt reaponses. The property was as pictured in posting, very welcoming and cozy with the cutest private deck to sit and relax. The property is located very close to anything you may need, decent night life. Just 2 blocks from the Redline making it very easy to get around the city

The link to the directions in tbe listing led us astray. When I entered the address myself, Google Maps took us right there. However, there was no place to park on the street, so we paid 13 to park in a garage close by. There are three doors with three different cides

Perfect for a couple.

We have stayed here twice. Full kitchen, private deck, new bathroom, clean. But the sofa bed would only work for a toddler. Its a strange foldout and is tiny. Location decent for a visit to harvard square.
