"Property condition is dated, but the rooms and bathrooms are clean. The carpet in the room was old and looked dirty. The breakfast was good and well-equipped. The hotel is in a great location and the lakeview is wonderful. The staff were also great to deal with, as we even got to check in early."

"Breakfast 1 🌟"

"The elevators were not working"

"Could have had a few more options for breakfast other than just toast or Waffle."

"It is clean and spacious!"

"The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are spacious. There are several restaurants and retail within walking distance. I would enjoy staying if it wasn't for the noise. The hotel is built directly above the Mass Turnpike. I was unable to sleep because of the constant road noise throughout the night. I was even on the 9th floor. It's too bad because I like the area and the attached Social Restaurant. I don't intend to stay again."

"Convenient location Clean. Helpful staff Very basic accommodation No lift (we are elderly)"

"Room was spotless . No pricing surprises . The only thing I didn’t like was the shower water pressure"

"My second stay and again far exceeded expectations. Staff helpful at all hours, property well maintained, food service very timely and tasty. Costs par for Cambridge and Boston during Head of The Charles weekend."

"Great place to stay if you're planning to go to Boston. Really close"

"Normally love this hotel but this time our bed and linens were lumpy and uncomfortable:(( Staff is great though !"

"Loved it! It felt like a home away from home"

"We had a 2 night stay snd it was awesome. The room is clean and had enough supplies you need. Olivia the front desk staff has mentioned everything a customer should be aware of about the hotel services. Nothing to complain. Would definitely come back and recommend to my friends and to social media."

"I go there all the time. Staff is really nice and helpful."
