"We were VERY disappointed that the restaurant/room service was not available for 2 hours after check-in. We had traveled for much of the day to get to that hotel, and we were hungry when we arrived. While the bar opened at 4:00, no meals were available (either in the restaurant/bar or via room service) ..."

"The check in process was awful because everything was done remotely. There were broken steps. The air conditioning had no directions and a fuse was blown for two floors.
