"The hotel was great, easy in and out of Boston, good breakfast. Parking - there is very limited parking. If you don’t find parking at the hotel you have to park at a local garage and they will validate your ticket. We stayed 4 nights and had to park in the garage 2 of the nights coming back to the hotel around 6:30-7. "

"Stayed from Friday until Monday. They never cleaned our room once. Had to ask them to empty our garbage and bring us clean towels. Went to the front desk Sunday morning to ask about housekeeping and they told us we were scheduled for that day. Came back after supper and our room was still not cleaned, and was not that day. Stayed at many hotels and never had that happen. "

"What more can you ask for? Affordable, friendly and helpful staff, super clean, breakfast AND parking included. Two subway stops from TD Gardens and at the end of the bus line that leads directly to Harvard. Perfect hotel for a visit to the city. Will definitely be back! Thank you very much!"

"Property is a bit rundown. Decor looks relatively nice, but small holes in curtains and upholstery. Crumbs on dresser. It’s in what appears to be a low rent warehouse or Industrial area. Directly on a busy street and very noisy. The property itself was noisy until the early morning hours. I may have just hit a bad night and normally, I mostly write great reviews, but the quality I experienced vs. the rating shown is highly suspect. I wasn’t impressed. "

"The staff was incredible! The manager and entire staff I came across was always willing to help and went above and beyond. The extra effort to make my daughter’s birthday was amazing and I will always cherish the memories made! I got an extra room for family that came from out of state and the front desk was super accommodating with late checkout to ensure they slept. I loved the atmosphere over all. My family and I definitely plan on going back. "

"Room was clean and staff very pleasant and welcoming. The lavender showering and hair care smelled so good. We loved the parking on site. The breakfast was good. The only thing I would include at breakfast was muffins (corn, blueberry, cranberry,...)- I was in the mood for a muffin that morning but had to settle for a bagel--which was probably healthier for me anyway. I would stay there again."

"My stay was amazing and I will definitely be staying at Ginkgo House if I ever find myself in Cambridge again! Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, my room was very clean, and the potential noise that was mentioned was very minimal and did not cause any issues!"

"Our room was very spacious and beautiful. It is nice that the Inn is right on the water. Breakfast was very yummy and abundant. Know that there are only a few parking spots actually at the property. If you are not lucky enough to get on of those spots, you have to park a GOOD ways away in a parking garage...it is a good 15+ minute walk. And if the closest garage is full, you have to park further. This is not something that is shared on their website and came as a surprise when we checked in. I...
