"Great spot on Baseline Road! Very close to campus if you have a need to visit. The balcony is absolutely glorious in the morning. No direct sun and you can see the front range right there. Parking is very easy and covered (which came in handy!). Doors and walls are well insulated. We could hear people upstairs walking around in the morning but the noise level was very low. I only heard it in the kitchen/living room and it never disrupted our stay. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it is...
