"I LOVED staying here and will try to again next summer. Host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. I stayed for two weeks and was very comfortable. It’s also in a great location - safe, charming neighborhood, not too far from downtown and within walking distance of a gas station, laundromat, dollar tree, two groceries, several restaurants, and several bus stops. Thank you very much for the awesome stay!"

"The place ruined my trip. First impression was that it didn't look quite like the photos. The photos showed cute throw pillows on the couches and beds and a nice rug in the living room. None of that was there. The couches weren't even the same couches from the photos. Whatever, we let it go.The windows there are all covered by boards and window ac units, so it's dark and dungeon like. It's slightly run down, cobwebs in almost every room, dirty baseboards, unidentifiable stuff on the walls, lots...

"This little oasis offers the best view for morning coffee or evening tea! Excellent animal watching while taking in the stunning view of the mountains. All rooms were clean and the bathroom is top notch. Has all the things to be an incredible 1 bdrm apartment. Things to note hosts live above but they are very considerate. There are pets, cat & dog 1 of each that are around but they are very friendly and again hosts are considerate and respectful to the tenant.I wouldn't consider this a deal...

"The house and accommodations were excellent. The host made our stay comfortable and was easy to communicate with. I even mistakenly yelled out the door code in the front yard to my wife when returning from a day trip and, even though it was probably going to be fine, the host graciously changed it so we could rest easy. All in all, it was a great trip to Denver, and we would do it again in a heartbeat."
