Beautifully built newly constructed apartment. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with a fold out full bed. High end cabinets and finish level throughout space. Two TV's for relaxing and dining room table that can seat 4. Steps away from Belmar Park and recreational activities. Views of neighbors with horses and an equestrian ring at the end of the street. The property was exactly as advertised. It was exceptionally clean and well organized. The hosts were on site, friendly, and helpful. It was just a short drive to Red Rock for some amazing hiking and sites.

The hosts have thought of everything. The property and location was perfect for our exploration of the area. The bed was memory foam and very comfy with lux bedding. Great appliances, fixtures, and utility of space was amazing. The near by park was awesome and so were all the amenities nearby. When we saw the host and family, they were incredibly kind and very helpful, but completely respected our privacy. Look forward to returning some day!

If you have to be or get to be in the greater Denver area for any reason, this is a wonderful, pet friendly location. The hosts have thought of every comfort. Great apartment 50 steps from a beautiful park with miles of walking trails. So peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive from urban Denver.

Justin’s property was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. It is in a great neighborhood and was an easy drive to Red Rocks. I hope to be able to stay here again.

This place has everything you need in a cozy like new one bedroom space. The park located only 500 feet away where we walked our 2 small dogs every morning was amazing! Will definitely book this place again.

This apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, well stocked and practically brand new. It has a beautiful kitchen with everything you might need and a large, comfortable bedroom. It is in a perfect location on a quiet street between two amazing parks. The owners are very kind and helpful. The king sized bed is super comfy and we had everything we needed for an awesome weekend in beautiful Colorado.
