We had an issue with the wifi and the management team was fully engaged and we were able to resolve the issue working together. Awesome property if your planning a visit to Red Rocks and also situated for easy access to downtown!

Amazing place to stay if wanting to go to red rocks! Close to venue, everything in town was 30 min or less which was great. Backyard is not very private, consider other options if hot tub is selling point for you. Staff was easy to communicate with, would stay again if in the Denver area!

Everything was very clean. The beds are also comfy and there’s a lot of them! Communication with the host was great and they were very friendly. Instructions and rules were straight forward and easy to follow. The location is also a great midpoint between downtown Denver and the Red Rocks Amphitheater with lots of amenities within 5-10 minutes.

Everything was great. Close to everything we wanted to do. Did not hear any neighbors and parking right in front was nice to have. Would definitely stay again!

We like the place very much. Excellent communication from the host. Super clean specially the bathroom. Very neat and clean, NO nasty grout and unpleasant smell. There are 3 of us for 3 nights. One bathroom is fine but needs more towel bars or hooks.Also a few wash cloth would be nice. Kitchen has almost everything that we needed except for kitchen towels. We love to cook but we also make sure to clean up after our mess. Otherwise, the place is immaculately clean and comfy. We will consider using it again.

Came in for a golf trip and this was perfect. Property manager very responsive, everything was wonderful. Would stay again.

Nice place. Would not recommend if you desire internet and TV. No service upon check in. Waited all morning first day for tech that never arrived. Was told Tech was on way then told delayed then told it was cable issue. Had no internet or TV for entirety of visit. Was told they would consider partial refund 5 days ago. Have not heard back.

Bach trip

Me and 2 girls came to celebrate a bachelorette. Close distance to the airport and everything we were interested in. Very convenient house with a great back yard area and all the smoke supplies. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Great Place Convenient Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this cozy place. The location was perfect and central to all of the things we wanted to do... Coors brewery tour, concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater, dinners in Denver, breakfast around the corner at Sunrise Sunset, hikes at Green Mountain, visit to Rocky Mountain National Park.... Best were evenings around the fire and relaxing in the hot tub and being together as a family.

Impressive

The place was very very clean. Cleaner than most hotels. Host was very prompt with answers and contacted promptly with different things that arose before we arrived. The neighborhood seems a lil sketchy but it was very quiet and seemed better than the appearance. I would definitely stay again

Lakewood Family visit

It was very convenient to the family members we were visiting over the holidays and allowed dogs. (The 420 friendly feature was not really a factor for us) The hot tub looked inviting but we did not end up using it. Overall it had everything we needed.

I felt the property left quite a bit to be desored but it served its purpose. It is a small property and a bit aged and beat up. The hot tub did not have a handle or lid stand, it haf been broken off. You go through a 3rd part for everything which I really didnt like, had to send pictures of credit card and license and weird stuff like that. Communication is almost too much and starts to feel intrusive. They rypically charge for an early check in but they did allow us to check in a half hour early with no charge. The place does not really have windows so its dark, small house. Again, served its purpose buy i would probably opt for a hotel given the cost.

We had a great stay for a fair price. Property was clean and ready to go. Manager communicated timely. Check in was a fairly tedious process uploading ID and CC to verification site. Probably necessary now days but not exactly my favorite thing to do and different from other rentals I’ve used.

Great place to stay

Wonderful place to stay. The communication was great. Condo was perfect for our family. Has a great kitchen with everything except garbage disposal. They even had coffee and filters for us. The complex looks a little sketchy but had no problems at all. Hot tub was clean and amazing.

Vacation with friends

Great home base to relax with friends and explore the city for a few days. Clean, quiet, comfortable. We did not use the hot tub, but it looked fantastic! Couldn't get the fire pit to light. Could have used a bigger coffee pot. 😉 All else was perfect!

The place ruined my trip. First impression was that it didn't look quite like the photos. The photos showed cute throw pillows on the couches and beds and a nice rug in the living room. None of that was there. The couches weren't even the same couches from the photos. Whatever, we let it go.The windows there are all covered by boards and window ac units, so it's dark and dungeon like. It's slightly run down, cobwebs in almost every room, dirty baseboards, unidentifiable stuff on the walls, lots of chipped paint. It's in a bad area and we heard fights happening in the complex directly behind us almost nightly. The front door was all dented and had clearly been kicked in before. What absolutely sealed the deal that we hated the place was the fact that we had no internet and therefore no television the entire time there, so there was nothing to do in the evenings but sit around on the hard, uncomfortable furniture. I ended up standing most nights after long days hiking because that was more comfortable than the furniture there. Couldn't even have a good soak in the hot tub because only 2 of the jets on it worked. It was depressing and none of us even wanted to go back there to rest after our daily excursions. For nearly 400 a night, we expected a comfortable place to sit, working internet and a fully functioning hot tub at the very least. We didnt even get that.
