  • Inside enjoy the open floor plan of this recently remodeled interior including: an open living room with large windows, a cozy couch and armchairs,

    The kitchen is large and open as well, with lots of counter space and island seating to gather around while preparing meals or entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with an espresso machine, blender, mixer, dinnerware, wine glasses, rice cooker, crock pot and much more.

    There are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, dressers, large closets, nightstands and linens. Between the bedrooms there is a full bath with a bathtub and shower, hairdryer, handheld shower head, towels, and soaps.

    The house also has a den with a gas fireplace, sofa bed, armchairs and a 35" smart tv. Just off the kitchen there is a sunroom overlooking the backyard, with chairs and a table.
    The large backyard (currently being landscaped) has a privacy fence, gas grill, and a cornhole game set.

    The neighborhood is located just a 10 min walk, or 5 minute drive to any number of restaurants, breweries,shopping downtown and the Longmont Hospital. It's also just a 15 minute drive to Boulder; 45 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park; and 50 minutes to Denver. There is a garden level apartment completely independent from the house that is accessed from a separate entrance in the back yard.
    I do not rent it out. If I am in town I stay in the apartment, so you may occasionally see me and my dog crossing the backyard.

The house was very clean and comfortable. There was a little hiccup in checking in with getting the code and couldn’t enter the house one night after our event we were staying there for. Chad was very accommodating and helpful during those times.

Great location for our wedding weekend. Conveniently located to Longmont Main Street and Lyons. The house was well stocked (kitchen, towels, shampoo, etc) with plenty of hangers in bedrooms, dressers, and closet space. Bonus with the iron and ironing board. Our host responded promptly to our requests. Kudos!

We spent twelve days at this house in early March 2026. We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully remodeled house. We love the kitchen and counter space. This place is very clean and well maintained. The host communicated with us promptly. We have a few more trips, and are returning to this property the rest of this year.

Everything we needed

The experience was everything we needed it to be. We were in Longmont to visit our new baby granddaughter who was in the NICU. We were looking for easy. Working with Chad was easy - he was responsive and friendly. The location was easy - easy to get around town and to get to the highway. Easy to enjoy - modern, stylish and comfortable.hope it is available every time we are in town.

Beautiful Home

The state of the back yard was in disarray, looked like they were in the middle of a landscaping project. Also, was quite surprised one morning when i went out back and there was a dog in the yard. I realized the owner was in the basement the whole time! Kinda unsettling to be honest. Besides that, it was a nice home in a beautiful area.
