Feel at home in this 5-star apartment in a prime Boulder location!

This spacious, high-end apartment is located in the heart of Boulder on beautiful Mapleton Avenue. It is just three blocks from Pearl Street and a ten minute walk from the University of Colorado campus. You can walk to all of the treasures downtown Boulder has to offer - from excellent restaurants, microbreweries, and coffee shops, to concerts, parks and sporting events. Some of the best hiking trails are just 10 minutes away.

The apartment is a garden level unit in a single family home, with a private entrance, completely renovated and fully furnished. This gorgeous Mapleton house was originally built in 1925 and has been carefully remodeled by the owners to keep its historical character while using the latest technologies for comfort and durability. The apartment has 1000 square feet and two bedrooms, spacious living/dining room, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a full bathroom and a beautiful private patio. It is equipped with a luxurious queen sized bed, a full bed and a large living room sofa. Hydronic floor heating is used for quiet and efficient heating.

This apartment is perfect for visiting professionals, visiting professors and vacationers. Although not necessary, on and off street parking is provided if needed. Come and check it out, you will love staying in our beautiful apartment.

Minimum stay policy:
* If your reservation is adjacent to another booking, there is no minimum stay requirement.

Great for us

Easy check in and easy to find everything in the apartment. Boulder seems to be having some issues with "camping in the city", as they call it, so folks should be aware that you are staying within a very easy walk to downtown and just be head's up about the crowds out and about.

Fun stay at awesome home

Beautiful flowers and fruit trees, nice patio table, great 2 bedroom with fantastic kitchen. We hiked Chataugua, Wonderland, Rocky Mt National Park (short one), Walden Pond/Sawmill trails for awesome birds. I biked all over Boulder on safe trail network! And of course Pearl St if u like expensive food, people watching, and tourist things if jst around the block. Had a great time! Thank u!

Fantastic stay

We had such a fantastic weekend in Boulder - our rental location is amazing, just blocks away from Pearl Street, easy walk to everything. The kitchen had a few basics, condiments making it easier to cook breakfast. Very comfortable and host was super nice and accommodating. Shout out to his talented sun for amazing Halloween decorations. We will come again!

Vacation

This was the perfect place for us when we went for a wedding in Boulder. It made the best central hub for restaurants and activities. Pearl street was walkable and parking was very easy. The apartment so nice and was just what we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location and comfortable!

I really liked this place and would stay there again. But, The communication about it being on the basement level and how to find the place was not very good. The yard and courtyard were kind of a mess and the people and myusic next door were very loud. Usually the VRBO owners’ communication is much more clear.

lovely apartment, very comfortable. you can hear main house residents walking but would only be an issue if you plan to sleep in till noon. kitchen well appointed, comfortable beds. great location. very nice to return to after spending the day out and about.

The place was spacious and in an excellent location for walking around downtown. Street parking was easy to find, usually right out front. Got a bit warm with the excessive heatwave Boulder had while we were there.

Mostly wonderful

I highly Recommend this apartment. A few personal preferences to note- you will want to prefer very firm beds. And if it is hot outside the apartment never fully cools down with the one portable AC. And like other review there is not much serene area outdoors in the property for adults. But if you want a perfect location, ease of booking and checking in and a gracious host this is the place for you. Further when we asked for a late checkout of 2 hours to make our travel home less stressful it was given without issue. Many thanks!!! We will definitely visit again.

Great Location. Quiet and peaceful hideaway.

We stayed for a week. Had most of the basic kitchen and bath and supply covered. Great towels and nice touch with Keurig pods. Would Rand this place a 7 of 10. Missing some basic stuff in the kitchen. Like scissors, and small storage containers, extra cutting boards. Better knives. And an upgrade to more comfortable beds and bedding in both rooms would take this place to a 10.

Enjoyed Boulder and hiking

The space was perfect for our week long visit to Boulder. We walked to Pear Street every evening for dinner. During the day we hiked Flatirons, Boulder Falls, and Rocky Mountain National Park. The space was very comfortable, nicely decorated and clean.
