"We love the Painted Door cabins! This is our second time staying at one of them (first one was the green door). The location is perfect -- so close to the park. And the hot tub was a real treat after a long hike in the park.Our only suggestion is about the thermostat. Maybe clearer directions about how to adjust? It was VERY cold in the cabin when we arrived -- uncomfortably cold -- and it took several hours for the cabin to warm up to a comfortable temperature. But overall a wonderful place to...

"All was perfect and in order in the cabin. We enjoyed the house and the fire pit both nights of our stay. Communication with the property manager were always timely and accurate. No problems at all. Definitely will be back. "

"Beautiful cabin and just met all of our needs! We were in town to watch our son play soccer at Maryville College. We didn’t want to stay in a hotel as we wanted to enjoy our time away from home in between games…this cabin didn’t disappoint. Views were incredible. "This is a beautiful cabin in a wonderful location! It is very close to the main road in Townsend and thus about as close as one can stay near Cades Cove, and yet it is isolated on a hill with no other residences visible when in the cabin or on the spacious porch."
