"Four ladies and a dog! We converged from Alaska, Colorado, Montana and South Carolina for a trip to explore and experience Tennessee. We picked a great place to just be and to travel out and explore from. We hiked a couple trails close to the house. Gold Mine Trail and Look Rock. "We found the cabin to be as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. Our host was helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was very well appointed. "We have stayed in several locations around Knoxville while visiting UT Medical. Old City is our favorite, and this loft was clean, comfortable, fun, and steps away from unique dining destinations and a short walk to Market Square. We had delicious dinner at Fiori, and for breakfast we did the short drive to Kern Food Hall and ate at Eggspectation. Definitely recommend a trip to Kern Food Hall. Check in/out was easy, & the host was very patient and helpful when we had a booking glitch on our end....

"Cabin was immaculate and beautiful. All the wood felt so cozy and if you like to cook, big farm sink was excellent. I would only recommend that you bring a good non stick pan for eggs as I think the ones there had Pam spray usee on them which will remove the non stick surface but no big deal...we still had everything we needed to prepare wonderful meals at the cabin. Beds were super comfy in each room. The shower upstairs loft was divine, so big and water got good and hot. Speaking of hot, loved...

"This was the second time I have stayed in this cabin. It is located very conveniently to the Townsend entrance to GSMNP. It is cozy and attractive. If you have kids, there are marbles, games, and books, a corn hole set for adults or kids, and plenty of places to sit and enjoy nature. I sat in the screened porch to drink my coffee most mornings, and watched a pileated woodpecker for half an hour one evening. I will definitely be back!"
