This newly listed and furnished 1st floor studio condo is the perfect location from which to explore Knoxville's vibrant Old City, Gay St district, and all of downtown Knoxville..Enjoy our extra large, 65" QLED Smart TV which can be rotated for viewing from the couch/seating area or from the comfortable king bed. You will also have use of our in condo washer and dryer.

Old City Hideaway is located walking distance, within minutes of Knoxville's Old City. In addition, it is a reasonable walking distance to our Gay St area. Also, the ever popular venue, Mill and Mine,host to concerts, weddings, and all type events is literally minutes away..

Great stay! Very clean with tasteful decor, the unit feels bigger in person than in the pictures. The free reserved parking was a plus! Located in a fun part of town, we walked to a different coffee shop each morning. Quick access to campus and athletic facilities and a ton of restaurants options.

The hosts were welcoming and accommodating in everyway. The hideaway is in a great location. It was nice to have parking included and be able to walk to shops and dinner. The train was quite active, earplugs were helpful.

Great location in Old City…15 min walk to Market Square. Reserved parking very convenient. Host communication was excellent. Kitchen and laundry amenities enhanced our stay. Highly recommend especially if you’re planning to stay in the downtown area!

While lily flats

The property was amazing. It more than fit our needs. We had a slight mishap with checking in but that was my fault. I had never used Vrbo before and did not realize the owners were communicating through the app. I was looking at the emails they had sent but missed the messages from Vrbo. The condo is in a great location in Old Knoxville looks if neat shops and eating near by

Fun time in Knoxville

Nice location to all things we wanted to do. We were here for a wedding but got to enjoy Rhinestone Fest and Tennessee’s run for the college World Series too. Train noises at night did wake us up but we were able to fall back asleep on the comfy bed. Owners have everything you need to cook and feel at home.
