"Our room was roomy and clean. There was a queen sized bed by the window, the bathroom was in the middle, and the bunk beds were by the door. The airflow in the section by the bunk beds was a bit lacking. So when we turned the temperature down to 22 C, the area by the queen sized bed was cool, but the area near the bunk beds remained stuffy. The location is a bit out of the way. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Amsterdam Centraal by foot and tram."

"I got bed bugs after staying in the tram for two nights. I contacted the property and they initially responded and were seemingly concerned, but then proceeded to ignore my emails and never followed up. Very disappointing and will never stay there again nor would I recommend it."

The location was good for museums, food etc. The room could accommodate 4 people however there were only 3 of us having a short break with hand luggage only and we found it to be very small. if 4 were travelling for longer with more luggage you would not have room to store it and still move comfortably around the room. "Great location. 5 min walk to the main train station, which is a common meeting point for some excursions (canal ride, some walking tours, Dutch windmill). Lots of restaurrants and shopping nearby. Hotel is very nice. Zero complaints. Nice lounge areas, restaurants inside. Very chic rooms. Will stay again."

"Pros: The location was great. Beautiful views and just far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still walkable. Clean and spacious rooms. Very comfortable. Staff was polite and accommodating. The only con I can think of is that the elevators were not always responsive, and the stairs that led to the main lobby only went down to the 3rd floor. Finding the other stairs was a bit of a trek. All in all, we would definitely recommend."

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Convenient location to shops, restaurants and sightseeing. Delighted that the mini bar was included at no charge and the staff ensured that we were stocked up. We were notified that the pool was out of service and it was unfortunate as we would have loved to be able to use it given the hot weather. Overall, would recommend"
