"Lo mejor del hotel la ubicación a unos cuantos pasos del hotel Bellagio y a unos cuantos pasos del strip. Algo enredado para encontrar la torre donde estaban los aptos porq es diferente de donde se hace el check in y de donde se parquea el carro. El apto cómodo con todos los utensilios de cocina, su parqueadero gratis , camas cómodas . Check in y check out bien "

"Muy buenas instalaciones y buen equipamiento de cuarto, todo lo necesario. Tal vez lo único fue el que no nos comunicaron que ni harían los cuartos solo cambio de toallas. Hay que preguntar si es necesario cambiar o no las toallas ya que pueden ocuparse por lo menos dos días y así ahorrar agua "

"This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I'm in Vegas and don't want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants."

"We love staying at the Signature. If you are looking for a nice enjoyable quiet smoke free location near the strip, this place is for you. The pools are not packed and have great poolside service. If you want a more party like atmosphere there is a quick 10 walk inside and you have acess to the MGM pool. Love the balcony views and this 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us."

"I was familiar with the MGM Signature, but this was my first time renting direct from owner. Communication with Kathleen was impeccable, and I can attest to the fact that she was quick to communicate with the hotel to solve a few issues that arose. What surprised me was just how long it took for the hotel to process them, which is something I'd never experienced with them before. There didn't appear to be a shortage of staff, but perhaps the people working the front desk are not experienced...

"Amazing location and beautiful! I was there for a conference and this location saved me about 15 minutes of walking each way which over 4 days ads up. The accommodations were top notch. Will definitely be staying here again in the future Thanks to the host who communicated with me perfectly before, during and after!"

"The property was just like the pictures. We were very happy and satisfied with the property, location and amenities. Only one complaint was the lack of kitchen supplies. Only one fork, very few cooking utensils and the pans were not conducive for cooking (burned and stained terribly). Also a lack of basic condiments ( salt, pepper, oil). Also a lack of cleaning supplies (windex, cleaning sprays, extra trash bags) especially since no housekeeping. Still overall really enjoyed the property and...
