"We liked everything except the pool should be open till later, the lobby smells like rotten eggs for some reason and we stayed for a week and the day of the check out, the check out was at 11:00 am and we were almost ready to leave and the guy from the front came to knock on our door at 11:12 we were already on our way out, I really found that rude, a called would have suffice."

"Front Desk Staff are very conservative with their friendliness. Very little to almost none was said to make us feel welcomed at check-in. Almost NONE was said at check-out to feel appreciated of our decision to stay there.
Our first room A/C was not working. We were very understanding and patient.
The manager, Victor is the only hotel personal that we see friendly and helpful.
Our 2nd room A/C was working a little better but still not cooling to our liking. We were only there for 1 night and...

"Rooms were great. There we tried out the tennis courts walked along trails. They have bike trails but you need to rent the bikes from a third party. Pools are good we prefer the one by the spa it’s typically quieter. Spa is a bit pricey but the facials are definitely worth it. They also have a gym, sauna, steam room, and an indoor hot tub. The staff that takes you around the resort in a golf cart is always friendly and helpful. The stay was great I only thing we missed out on was golfing....

"Bed was great and clean. TV & A/C worked. There was no fire escape plan on the door but the glue was there. There were 2 bottles of shampoo instead of one being conditioner and I have long hair. I had to sign a notice that the desk agent told me there was construction during the day.
