"Just opened 1 month ago but still in need of conditioner and lotion, would have liked a coffee maker in the room, luggage rack. There were 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 glasses however no silverware. Would have preferred dish soap to wash dishes in stead of running the dishwasher. And the room had 2 Queens but only enough towels and dishes for two. They have just opened so hopefully these items are on there way!"

"Another great stay at The Valley Ho! The highlight, as always, is the staff—Brendon, Carlos, and the valet team were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, and the front desk made our early check-in effortless.
The rooms are spotless, and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The food and drinks at the bar were excellent, and a big thank you to Verg, Andy 1, Andy 2, and Sam for the outstanding service.
The team here truly makes the experience—we’ll definitely be back...

"Parking included is a real plus in the downtown area. Room is clean and fine. This particular stay it was very loud overnight, more than a usual downtown noise.
Staff is great, air conditioned room, shower is good pressure and nice. Location is good and affordable for downtown."

"Went there for a long weekend business meeting and we had rented out the penthouse meeting room. Internet was not great in meeting room and we had difficulty doing a zoom meeting. Rest of resort was nice. The resort is large and seems to lack sidewalks to get around. Poor planning for that."

Anywhere else you get free water and free cookies, and maybe even granola bars. Other than that, the room was very clean, except for the pool.
