Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown
The staff texting to make sure the room was ok was really great! We ended up needing help with our thermostat. I texted Bryce at the front desk and he came right up and fixed it. The complimentary breakfast was much better than most. Lots of variety!

Metro Phoenix Extended Stay
This is an old property. Room was huge. The ac didn't work the first night, but maintenance was prompt. They addressed every issue we had politely. The surrounding area is bad. Lots of zombies lurking about. Security is always present, we didn't feel unsafe. We'd stay again

Placemakr Downtown Phoenix
The hotel was wonderful. The room was comfortable and roomy. It looked like a miniature studio. The view was wonderful, however getting to the hotel was difficult. Parking was really difficult.
