When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car...

Then you wanted access to change a filter in the middle of my stay no problem but you could have asked if there was anything we needed or had questions about. "
