Your Home from Home

A Stunning House based in the lovely resort of Denia in the El Palmar Urbanisation (Las Marinas). The property has Full air conditioning in all rooms (Hot and cold functions), all the windows and doors are double-glazed and very secure, with mosquito nets installed in them all. There is a very good Wifi system installed in the property. The Living room has a lovely homely feeling with comfy sofas and Spanish furniture and introduces slight indulgences such as a 42-inch TV/ DVD system with International Freeview Satellite channels. There is a dining table for 6 people that is serviced by a luxury kitchen with an integrated fridge and washing machine. Stairs take you up to 3 bedrooms, a king-size bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, a secure safe for your valuables and bedside tables. The twin room has 2 full-sized wooden single beds (Fine for adults), again with built-in wardrobes and a side table. The third bedroom has full-sized bunk beds (suitable for adults) with storage. All bedrooms have shutters to ensure you have a dark room if you need it. A stunning bathroom is located beside the bedrooms upstairs and it's fully tiled with a large bath and a very modern shower unit.
Outside the property to the front and back, you will find lovely tiled terraces; the rear terrace has a gas BBQ, 2-4 sun loungers, a wooden dining table and a parasol. The gardens are surrounded by hedging, making the terraces a very peaceful and private place.
The El Palmar resort is very lucky to benefit from a superb swimming pool that is very large, clean and, most importantly, safe - a separate toddlers area and flumes for the older kids or adults(Gated and secure key access only to the pool). It has lifeguards from July to September and a dedicated pool bar serving adult/ kids drinks, snacks and ice creams.
From the property, you need to walk on one path for 4 minutes and you are on the beach - that's how close it is....and you would have passed 2/3 bars/restaurants on that walk.
You can walk into Denia along the beach, which would take you 30 minutes or for 1-2 Euros per person; the bus stop at the front of the complex will take you straight into town within 5-10 minutes. It is a lovely location.

Lo mejor la piscina para los niños y la proximidad a la playa. Limpieza muy bien. La casa está bien preparada para pasar unos días como productos de limpieza, aspirador de mano, freidora de aire,... Lo único a nuestro parecer los colchones necesitan un cambio.todo lo demás muy bien.

Buen sitio para relajarse

La casita está muy bien con su patio privado, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar allí unos días estupendos. La zona es muy tranquila y silenciosa y la piscina con sus dos toboganes y el chiringuito nos ha encantado. Limpia y buena comunicación con Simon. Por poner alguna pega los colchones no son muy comodos, necesitan cambio, aún así, lo recomiendo

Fijn huis ideaal gelegen

Met gezin van 4. Fijn daar iedereen zijn eigen kamer had met airco. Host heeft van te voren en tijdens t verblijf regelmatig contact gezocht over of alles naar wens was en welke bedden er opgemaakt moesten worden. Erg fijn.. Het is echt nog geen 19 minuten lopen van het strand, restaurants en de supermarkt. Denia heeft een levendig centrum en met de auto ben je er in 10 minuten.

Très agréable séjour

Très chouette petite maison confortable. Bien située, au calme et proche de la mer. Piscine avec toboggans surveillée. Petite terrasse privative agréable pour le petit-déjeuner et les repas. Air conditionné bien utile.

Mer et piscine à proximité

Belle et grande plage à quelques minutes à pied ainsi que le supermarché et des restaurants. La piscine est grande et très appréciée de nos 3 ados. La résidence est calme et familiale et nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables.

Estupendas vacaciones familiares

Pasamos 9 días en familia, con dos niños y un bebé. Muy buena comunicación con el propietario, aunque las indicaciones para encontrar la casa son un poco liosas. Recomendaríamos proporcionar las coordenadas exactas para facilitar un poco la llegada. Se aparca perfectamente, muy cerca de la casa y a la sombra. El alojamiento es muy cómodo, tres dormitorios muy pequeños pero con camas muy confortables y aire acondicionado en cada uno de ellos, que es un punto importante porque en el piso superior hace bastante calor. Alojamiento muy "baby-friendly". Simon nos proporcionó cuna de viaje y trona portátil, y las escaleras estaban protegidas con una portilla para bebés. El baño tiene una bañera muy grande y el agua caliente es más que suficiente para una familia numerosa. Inodoro no muy pulcro, pero como suele suceder en muchas casas de vacaciones... La cocina está bien equipada (ojo, españoles, ¡no hay cafetera! Nosotros nos compramos una), y aunque parte del menaje no estaba muy limpio, es un inconveniente fácilmente superable. La nevera es pequeñita, así que a veces hay que priorizar qué refrigerar, no se puede hacer compra extensa. Smart TV y wifi genial para utilizar con los niños. Terraza muy amplia y acogedora (¡quizá más que en las fotos!), perfecta para desayunar y cenar. Pero sin duda, el punto fuerte es la piscina de la urbanización. Enorme, con poca gente y ambiente muy tranquilo y familiar, para disfrutar mayores y pequeños. Chiringuito en la propia piscina muy amigable y con precios muy muy razonables. La cercanía a la playa también es un punto muy a favor. En unos 10 min accedes a la playa de Les Bobettes, familiar, con agua tranquila y calentita y varios chiringuitos estupendos para ver la puesta de sol. En resumen, nos hemos sentido muy muy agusto, hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas.

Good holiday

Nice holiday, house was fine and Simon was easy to contact and helpful sorting out a small problem. We were unlucky with the weather, very changeable but didn’t spoil our time. We know the Denia area very well and enjoyed visiting places we had been over the years. Good side our family arrived for four nights and we had warm sunshine and visited several beaches. The whole complex itself could do with some TLC but our house was and area around were fine..

Great Property Near Beach

The owner has excellent communication skills and quickly resolves any issues. The property is very well equipped and particularly the kitchen which has everything you might need. The patio area is also tremendous: very private and a wonderful sun trap. There's also a large and excellent supermarket nearby and the beach is just a short walk away. Highly recommended.

Great Christmas trip

Just finished our stay at Simon’s place and to say we’re sad to be going home would be an understatement! Simons communication throughout has been brilliant. The house, although a little tricky to find in the dark (and the sat nav doesn’t quite get you where you need to be. The road runs round in a block, if you don’t see it, just drive around.) was perfect for what we needed. Very well equipped kitchen including various tubs, a cool bag and ice blocks which were perfect for using on our many trips out. The only thing that would have been useful were extra bin liners and washing up liquid. I have left the remainder of ours in the kitchen for the next people to use. The heating worked a treat. The shower was good although definitely make sure you space your showers out as the hot water doesn’t last too long. The beds on the whole were comfy although a little hard for us. The garden was a lovely sun trap, and fully enclosed so no chance of escaping children... There is a storage box outside equipped with various toys/ balls. Our 3 year old was very happy to see a dolls pushchair! The local area was good, very quiet given the time of year although there was plenty of restaurants/ shops and a Consum open within walking distance. The beach is a few minutes walk and beautifully sandy with playgrounds on the beach (always a winner). Dénia is a nice town, make sure you take a visit through the tunnel by the castle to the old town. Very relaxing, enjoyable time, hope to return soon!

Parfait

Ce séjour fut très agréable la maison est très bien située tout et à proximité la voiture n est vraiment pas indispensable. Le propriétaire est très à l écoute et disponible idéal pour les familles Nous reviendrons très probablement.

Great holiday

The villa was excellent and had everything you could possibly need. Although not close enough to walk into Denia itself there were loads of places to eat close by and a supermarket only a 10 min walk away so loads on your doorstep. Kids loved the pool and the beach too which was only a shirt walk. We'd definitely go back.

Highly recomended

We stayed here in june and it was perfect. House was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was amazing. Kids loved it! Beach, supermarked and restaurants within walking distance for a 3 year old. Quiet area. Community was old but clean and maintained. Best vacation we've had with the kids (3&5) because everything was so safe so mum and dad could relax as well.

Lovely villa in a great location

Had a lovely few days in this smart villa. We were out of season so had the amazing pool to ourselves. The resort is in a great location for the beach, restaurants, shops etc and although you won't find a better pool, the resort main buildings are tired and rundown. The only thing that let our stay down was that the adjoining villa was being renovated and we were woken at 8am every morning by noisy builders!

Very happy with the property

We stayed in this property for 2 weeks as a family of 5. We were really happy with it. Everything worked great. Lovely peaceful location, walking distance to supermarkets and several beachfront restaurants. We spent a lot of time at the pool. It's a really nice pool and has a lifeguard on it also. I would definitely recommend this.
