There are two very large swimming pools, with a separate children's pool and surrounding garden area to relax and enjoy. Outside the property you have a very nice garden where you can sit and enjoy the sun or shade. Lay on the sunbeds among the flowers and relax. It's wonderful. Inside the property it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lounge and American style kitchen.

The property has full air conditioning and from the lounge you can walk out into your private terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, a drink or dine al-fresco. There is one double bedroom, and the two other bedrooms have twin beds, so 6 people can stay very comfortably. The new kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. One bathroom is a full bathroom with shower and bidet and the other bathroom has a toilet, shower and wash basin. There are easy steps to reach the property. There is communal parking next to the apartment. This is a wonderful property where you can relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday.

Just take a 3/4 minute drive and you are at the smaller sandy beach in Denia and a minute more in the car and you will arrive at the large sandy beach which stretches for 10km. Denia is a bustling Spanish port town with everything you can wish for. There are shops restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and three beautiful marinas. The perfect place to relax in one of the many cafes and watch the beautiful boats come and go each day.

Or why not take a ferry to Ibiza or Mallorca. They leave and return each day from Denia or if you like wander down to the port at around 6 pm and buy some fresh fish direct from the boats returning from a days fishing,take it home and enjoy it on your private terrace with the fabulous sea views.
