"A pleasant hotel with attentive staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It has a handful of restaurants and convenience shops very close to the hotel, but it’s certainly not in a busy area. If you’re looking for a calm stay in an upscale and beautiful neighborhood, this is an excellent choice. It’s a 15 to 20 minute walk to the bustling area around baker street. The staff were always eager to help"

"This hotel is a grand old lady in need of some TLC. The public rooms are historic and impressive, but the carpet is worn and everything looks a little tired.
The club rooms are small (think cruise ship cabin) but it is clear to see how much effort is put into amenities and service.
The breakfast buffet is impressive and very busy, but the number one attribute is its location. Right next to Hyde Park, great restaurants nearby and close to the tube.
Pretty much anything you would want to go to...

"I am not happy to stay very small room plus sink in bathroom. And that was so ridiculous to pay air condition for per person England pound 10.00. I paid pound 40.00 for 2 nights. That’s so so ridiculous. And not good for older people because of no elevator and not safe in bathroom. I never go back to that Tudor court hotel again."

"The accommodation is newly fitted out and the pods are purpose-built and of high quality. Staff members very friendly and helpful. Be aware that everything about this accommodation, including entry to the building, relies on a pass with a QR Code downloaded to your phone.
My only complaint is that their booking software is totally out of control. For one booking you will be inundated with what seems like dozens of messages, most of them duplications."

"Very disappointing experience and poor service.
We arrived at 6 pm but had to wait two hours in the lobby because the room was incorrectly prepared. We had requested three single beds for a trip with my parents, but the room had a king-size bed instead. The manager said it would take 15 minutes to fix, but we waited for two hours.
When we finally entered the room, there were only two cups for three guests. Slippers were refused because they were not included in our plan, and basic amenities...

"I have been staying at the Ashburn for annual trips to London for almost 20 years. I can't remember the last time that I even looked at other options. The location is great--on the West Road coming in from Heathrow; 6 minute walk to Gloucester Road tube station with three lines that can get you anywhere; lots of walkable dining options as well as Boots and Waitrose for incidentals; safe neighborhood. The staff are exceedingly pleasant and helpful. It's small and the decor is not modern, but...
