The staff was all SO kind and helpful and made us feel like family from the moment we walked in the door. "Overall, it was very average. The condition of the grounds and rooms were noticably dirty. It's an aging hotel but a little better upkeep would go a long way. While it's in the same class as holiday inn, it just can't compare."

"Amazing location, great service, the hotel itself is beautiful. We got the king bed room, the bed was comfy and the room was still dark in the morning so it was so nice we got to sleep in. However the room was super tiny but that didn’t really bothered us. The concierge was really helpful. The bar at the hotel was oir favorite from all, and the restaurant is also really good, we had breakfast there and it was great! Super recommend"

"Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a rental car so it was nice to have the option to park there and so helpful to be able to use the parking for a few hours even after we checked out. That gave us time to see a few more places in New Orleans before our flight without having to worry about finding parking elsewhere. The hotel is in a location that makes it pretty easy to walk to most places in the French Quarter."
