"What a beautifully unique place to stay! We were in the Gamekeeper's bothy and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean and spacious and the wood stove kept us plenty warm! We never saw any red squirrels but I did see a beautiful jay that was so different from the blue jays we have in the US. I would stay here again in a minute!"

"Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und man kann von dort zu vielen tollen Unternehmungen starten. Tolle Landschaft, Castles und andere schöne Orte. Man kann direkt von der Unterkunft zum Cairn Leuchan hochwandern. Ballater ist ein sehr schöner Ort. "

"Fabulous well-located property. Very convenient for exploring Deeside. The large eat-in kitchen had everything we needed to cook and gather together. Plenty private spaces for spreading out and enjoying a little peace and quiet, too. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms had everything we needed. Communication with Anna was perfect throughout. Highly recommend!"

"Layout and size of the home was very good. Amenities were good, the entry from the drive was spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms. Front garden was pleasant to sit out in. The view from behind the property was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
