"We stayed at this property for one night and we enjoyed our stay. Upon check in, we were greeted with sweets from the Host and the place was clean. Not as big as we thought it would’ve been but it worked out. The rooftop view was amazing and hanging out on the roof was fun. The neighborhood is in a little sketchy area but the property itself is newly renovated. Although it was a short stay, we enjoyed the stay. The Host was very friendly and responded very promptly. "

"My coworkers and I rented this for a trip to New Jersey and New York.The house is older, but well cared for. It is quite spacious, especially for the area.There are 2 flights of stairs, not just one as indicated by "Second floor" in the listing. We were carrying television gear and navigating the 2 flights of stairs was more than I would have liked or agreed to by booking.The "always available" parking is deceptive. "The unit is simple, quaint, & super practical for a stay in Hoboken. We stayed for 3 days to visit our daughter for her birthday. NYC is a 25 min bus or train ride. We used Uber to American Dream. Unit was clean, & AJ is super responsive. We plan to stay again! "

"Loved our stay at this Brooklyn location. Nice, new property. Fairly short walk to the subway and easy to get to Manhattan. Walkable neighborhood with lots of different shops. "

"Everything about our stay was beyond perfect! The house is gorgeous and the rooftop patio was perfect for coffee in the morning and wind in the evening. Lots of restaurants and parks nearby and it was super easy to use public transportation from there. We will for sure stay again on future trips! "

"A very comfortable and clean home. It was pretty quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. There is a bus stop a short walk away and easy to get to the city. There’s also an Aldi store around the corner and a Starbucks. The owner was very fast at responding whenever we had a question. Overall, We loved and enjoyed our short stay"

"Desafortunadamente no me gustó la propiedad, está bastante deteriorado, las camas no fueron cómodas, el AC hace mucho ruido la ubicación no fue lo mejor ya que para encontrar estacionamiento tuve que recorrer los alrededores como una hora y no encontré.( la reservación no cuenta con estacionamiento) cosa que me pareció muy mal porque lo ofrecen la reservación. "Mostly high marks.We were missing wardrobe hooks for few days. CO detector made high frequency tones for two days, immediately when I wrote remark to the property manager, some guy came and remove completely detector."
