"All the good things about camping, without the actual camping! The bed is comfy, the shower warm, and the electric kettle all we needed for hot drinks in the morning. This place is lovely, quiet, and literally within stumbling distance of Durango hot springs. The food trucks there are the real thing if you need dinner. And you can even have a campfire if you want. The windows and skylights are a neat touch and add to the ambiance. "

"Charming cozy cottage. Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Between Old Colorado city and manitou springs which were very cute , quaint towns. Only complaint if I had one is it’s on a very busy street and we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. But really didn’t affect us much. Beautiful views of the mountains. Safeway across the street was nice."

"What a perfect location! A short drive to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Red Rock Canyon, and lots of great restaurants and breweries. The place itself was perfect and had everything we needed. The coffee and snacks available were a nice touch. Private parking space was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The weather didn't cooperate which of course was not the property's fault. The bed was not very comfortable for me, a bit too firm, so it was tough for me to sleep well. Other than that, it was a great place with good people. We had an amazing trip and this beautiful property was warm & cozy."

"We spent just over a week at this beautiful and well-appointed cottage. I work remotely and there was plenty of room to work as well. A few more friends came for a few days of our stay and there was room for five of us comfortably. The location is great with easy access to Boulder, Louisville, and lots af trails. Super clean with plenty of towels, pillows and extra blankets. Also a pretty and private outdoor space. Large washer and dryer too. The owner is on site but we felt like we had total...

"Karen and David have created a wonderful, "Home away from home" with this property. A quiet setting, very clean and well stocked bathroom and kitchen, a soooo comfortable bed, and a nice room to relax and watch t.v. after a long day of hiking. The only down side was having to leave!"

Walkable to lots of shops, restaurants, coffee etc. neighboring areas of BV and Leadville were fun to explore as well. Easy access to tons of hikes in the area. "This place is great. Bailey does not have hotels, so VRBO is the way to go if you want to stay near town. This is a great little house for 2 people. I don't want to tell you about it (cause I want to keep it for me). Misty is great and Linda works with you for any special requests. Looking forward to our next getaway on Memorial Day (already booked)."

"Great communication with owner. Private small building on piece of land with fenced in chickens, turkeys, goats - all amusing to watch. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for us to make breakfast. Generous owner shared fresh eggs for our breakfast. We would love to stay at this property again."

"We definitely enjoyed our stay. It was clean and we got to relax in the hot tub right after it snowed and watch the magpies. The location is excellent and we got to hike a little before storms moved in. It was so close to everything fun to do which is convenient. Will absolutely stay again."
