"This house is beautiful! I wish they had a sign from the street showing you were the house is cause we passed it then the drive way in can be a little sketchy. But they were really good at answering our text when the WiFi went out and about the air. So if you going to stay here and it’s middle of summer or hot just a heads up there is no AC we didn’t know about that. Also they say they are “dog friendly “ but you can’t have your pets on the furniture or you will be fine you also can’t leave...

"What a beautiful home in the woods. They have everything you need. I was surprised they even have a pressure cooker. The house was clean. The communication with the manager and owner was on top. We had a problem with the water heater that was resolved immediately and we had hot water in no time. We really enjoyed our time in the property. Definitely recommend this place if you’re going to Pagosa Springs. I’ll definitely will look for this property again. Love the place. "

"We loved the cabin. Clean and small, and set back a bit from the road. A tip for anyone staying: this space is very bright early in the mornings so recommend sleeping masks, as well as earplugs due to the construction noise and the loud heater at night.Overall a nice stay."

"Overall this was a great property and would highly recommend. The location was perfect. Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room. You can see directly into the living room and kitchen...

"The pictures do not do this listing justice. Views are amazing. The property dog aka Rickie/ tour guide walked us to the river and the pond he knew exactly where we wanted to go. He even walked us back to our door. Our stay was laid back and quiet, we were at the cabin at the top of the hill. Book your stay now if you are looking for a quite stay in a cabin. "

"Came for a local wedding. Knowing the area, we couldn’t be more excited that this was available. Fantastic amenities (inside and out) and extremely responsive/helpful host. All amenities listed available. Parking on site and easy enough access to Chama for any needs. Wish it was more convenient to get out this way from UT, will definitely be back as soon as we can. "
