"The room was equipped for my stay. Clean and quiet. More of an air b&b. I don’t have any complaints but the TV. I could not get any local channels to come up. I feel like there should be some channels and you should not have to watch your own YouTube or Netflix."

"The location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather. "Rooms were very clean. Bed could have been more comfortable. For the last 24 hours, I had zero hot water and for half of that time. I had no water at all. Tried several times to contact property manager but radio silence. Gave us no option on a place to shower or did not move us to another room with the proper facilities. I am requesting a refund for my last day. "

Megan and Scott communicated quickly about any questions we had, the cottages are so quiet and quaint, in an absolutely ideal location. Walk to the beach is directly across the street, next to cafe de Paris if you want a delicious breakfast. The cottage has everything we needed for our weekend. Clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable! Would stay again ! "
