Located in one of London's most expensive neighborhoods, it has the accessibility of 3 tube lines right down the block. Cafe bar expensive, £5.50 for a very weak small coffee even in London that’s a lot. Location was excellent though. In between two main tubes and downhill walk through Kensington Gardens to all the museums"

Checking in was a bit of an ordeal, system issues and language barrier. I understand systems can be challenging at times but there was no customer care, I did not feel welcome, made to feel it was my fault. took my phone off me to check my booking but scrolling through it, which disturbed me.
