"We had a condo overlooking the creek and with a view of the mountains. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The in-room fireplace was also a romantic touch. The location is excellent if you like peace and nature, but still being only a block away from the main strip of restaurants and activities. RiverStone is also very close to Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede theater. We found it well worth the cost and will be back next time...

"The rooms were very large enough and I liked the fact that beds were really big and confortable. However, the bed spreads/sheets were not cleaned throughout all my stay. I had to request for iron and ironing board before they were brought to me and even that took a very long time - if I am not mistaken, it was brought the next day after request."

"The room was clean, the beds were great, the breakfast was really good. The elevators broke down not long after our check in. We were staying for 3 days. Staff informed us the maintenance person was on vacation and wouldn't be back for 5 days. One would think Holiday Inn Express would have some sort of back up plan. Most businesses would call a vendor or something in a situation like this rather than post a note on the elevator door for 5 days. Those stairs to the 4th floor got old real quick...

"The room was clean but was damp and musty. The sheets on the bed felt as if they had not been completely dried. The upkeep of the motel is not the best. The parking garage ceiling is falling down."

"The room had supposedly been renovated some. Paint, floor, chairs but the tolet was leaking bad, the under sink area looked like someting had stained the wood. And I found 2 long hairs on the countertop. My hair is not black. I told the lady when checking out and she said she would report the leak but that was it. Not Iam sorry for the inconvenience or for not being clean. I will definitely NOT stay there again and NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone. Terrible night"
