The room needed to be cleaned before the arrival. The house keeping didn't take the dirty towels and things when leaving clean ones, the ice machine did not work. Kitchen was closed and late opening. So no coffee access. Just all around not welcoming. Im unsure if staff entered my room without us in the room. But i have things i am still looking for. I will keep you posted.

I woke up to homeless people screaming in the halls on the last day of the stay. This hotel is quite filthy. I was there actually for five nights in the bed was fine, it was really all about the price, for $37 a night. You definitely are getting a $37 per night room. The carpets are absolutely filthy in the hallways. The pool is really not something you could use without feeling like you’re going to catch some type of illness. It was very unclean and had an odor. There are signs stating they are renovating, however, I saw no signs of construction on the floor. I was on or the first floor, or the pool area. It’s a great location and I’m actually really surprised that this property is aligned with Choice Hotels, because typically those are much cleaner. I really hate leaving bad reviews, but it was important that I was honest and transparent for future guest, as there are many people that bring children to pigeon Forge. And the cleanliness of this hotel is really not something you would want to have children come in contact with.

Saw the pictures thought this place looked really nice. Checked in and the entire hotel was in shambles. The pool water looked extremely dirty and smelled like mold. The hotel room was okay. I was going to ignore everything else since I was only stopping to stay the night because I was passing through the state. But once I checked out the bathroom which had poop on the walls, was dirty and I was not able to comfortably take a shower or use the bathroom. Even the towels were dingy. I immediately checked out. The photos are misleading. The doors were all propped open with the locks broken off so anybody can walk into the hotel. I was shocked to see such a rundown hotel in such a nice area. Pigeon forge Tennessee was incredible and I can't wait to return but I definitely will not be staying here again. It's so rundown I feel bad for the staff and having to make this review but I have to tell the truth.

Was greeted by friendly staff but the room was terrible. It had been smoked in..stains all over the outdated carpet.. ceiling tiles pushed up and stained...I asked about the excellent ratings and remodeled rooms I read about on here...I was told they never got a chance to remodel any rooms because their stuff was stuck in China. The manager did find me a room at a property in Gatlinburg which turned out to be a pain to get to because of the crowds. I left the next morning. The manager did arrange a partial refund but I still was stuck with a $49 upgrade bill and $33 parking bill in which I only stayed one night.

The hotel was filthy! The hallways did not get vacuumed the entire time we were there. Our room was gross stuff on the walls carpet was nasty, the furniture needs replaced it was filthy. My dad's room had roaches, there was poop by the pool for 3 days. They were using ozone machine in the room next door that was coming into my room. Gave us headaches. The breakfast was not good! I could not wait to check out. The only good thing was location.

The hotel in general was very dirty, there were cockroaches in the room. Definitely would never stay again. The state of the hotel is deplorable. It needs a thorough remodel or tear down!

The room was not the cleanest that it should have been but we understood that the hotel is under major renovation. So some dust and debris are going to be inevitable. Staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Looking forward to the new and improved Park Tower Inn. We have stayed here many many times and it holds a place in our hearts from the times and memories made during our stay at this place in Pigeon Forge.

Our family of six (4 adults and 3 children ages 8 and under) stayed at the Park Tower Inn the weekend after Christmas Day. Overall, the facility was ok and we were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. There were a few things however, that could stand improvement. The front lobby was clean, but there was no sitting area for guest whom may have needed to wait. There also was no coffee/tea/water area for guest in the front lobby. The rooms were ok, not clean clean, but ok. We had a suite and could not sit on the couch, due to dirt (food, wrappers, etc) on the couch. We ended up asking for a sheet or comforter to cover the couch so we could sit on it. The kitchenette sink was not clean, nor was the small dining table. It was sticky with some sort of drink that had spilled. I took disinfectant wipes and cleaned the table and the sink. The toaster oven was not clean (leftover food and crumbs), but the refrigerator was clean. We chose not to use any of the utensils. The bathroom was decent as well as the shower. The beds were comfortable. Overall, our stay was ok, no real complaints per se, but the whole building needs a serious upgrade. It was old and smelled old. The pool and lazy river were passable, but the area around the pool had standing water that was not draining. The location itself was great as it was walkable to most attractions. We spent most of our stay at the Island and several restaurants that were nearby.

Room was a little dirty, not enough towels or wash clothes for three people for two nights. Hotel was still getting updated, but many of the elevators were down and it still needs to be updated more. Lazy River was very warm and same for the hot tub, main pool was icy cold though so be prepared. Overall not terrible for the value, could do for a lot of updates around the place.

Upon arrival we checked in it looked nothing like the pictures on the website.. but we remained hopeful we got on the elevator that was in terrible condition.. we arrived on the 4th floor and was greeted by another customer who told us good luck with that room. We went into our room that the balcony door was wide open it smelled like a freshly smoked cigarette, bags of trash in the corner, beds were not made and blood splatter on the floor… absolutely disgusting conditions I didn’t want any of my family to stay in especially my year old grandchild. So we checked out and went elsewhere.

I will start with saying, the hotel is in current progress of renovating; our stay was pleasant. The staff was very nice and helpful, you are within minutes of everything in Pigeon Forge, our view from our balcony was incredible (I believe every room comes with a balcony, I could be wrong though) truly a beautiful view from every angle. I appreciate the fact that they have free breakfast but I do wish it would at least go until 10am, for those of us that like to sleep a little later (lol) but I'm sure those that are bringing small children are up by then so not really a complaint, more of a suggestion. Unfortunately, we did get a room that was not yet renovated; let me start with, the beds were comfortable and clean, we received clean towels each day, the microwave and mini fridge came in clutch for my coffee creamer and few snacks, and the amenities that were supplied were sufficient for what our needs were. The only complaint we had was the room had a TERRIBLE smell, I'm sure it was just old carpets and they have tried and tried to clean but we all know how that goes; we simply turned the air on for circulation, kept the bathroom fan going, and kept the door to the balcony open while we weren't sleeping...it was easily taken care of within a few moments and for the price and amenities that this place offers, it was 100% worth it and we would most definitely come back!!

The room had mold in the ac unit, on the window and curtains. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling in, and the smell was horrible. We choose this hotel for the pool, lazy river and hot tub, but didnt trust getting into any of them. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

This was absolutely the most disgusting place we have ever walked in to. It smelled like mildew and stale cigarettes. My daughter started wheezing as soon as we walked through the door. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt and went to the room. It was absolutely filthy. There was ducked tape holding the bathroom together and a used razor on the floor. If I could give this a 0 star I would. I can not see how anyone would ever stay at this place or how they have not been shut down!!

Our room wasn't clean. The shower had low drop ceiling tiles (that looked soggy) my husband had to duck while showering to not hit them. Whole hotel extremely dusty. From the entrance to the elevator to the hallway to our room. Our bedroom had two beds, so I took the cover from one and their was hair underneath. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Would not recommend.

This hotel is awful. The first room they gave had dirty sheets and blood on the bed. The carpets were covered in a white powder. They switched my room. It was slightly better but still had filthy floors, mold above the shower, and broken outlets. They didnt have enough vlean blanlets for all of the beds. Just gave us sheets. Couldnt change hotels because everything around us was sold out since it was the holiday season. Asked for a comp for the first night because we couldnt even get into our room until 1am. Was denied. Just sn all around poor experience. Would not recommend this hotel.

They room seemed highly neglected. Brown stuff on ceiling above a bed. Spots all over sheets and betting with some looking like blood. The lobby was beautiful but, that's about it. Beds were old and broken down.

They are in progress of improving while operating . But was a perfect place to lay our head without breaking the bank during a holiday weekend. The kids loved the pool, adults loved not having to drive everywhere due to great location near the island. The staff was excellent and friendly, we didn’t use breakfast but was offered.

Horrible that the whole hotel, they don't give it maintenance, only one elevator works. The pool area can't even be from the plague to chlorine, your eyes get irritated. And not to mention the room since you enter it is a smell of humidity with horrible chlorine, the sheets all stained and the bathroom with mold. The ceiling of the bathroom without a roof and all stained. You say to change your room and nothing the answer is that they are sold out. They charge so much for the night.
