"Well we were called because of noise. But the way they approach to us in the door was very rude. Imagine you were dying or something was going on instead of you asking what happened you decided to talk to us like kids. The hotel was great besides that experiences. "

"I booked this hotel last minute because a flight delay caused me to miss my connection and be stuck in Paris for about 30 hours. I arrived at the hotel and the staff was so kind and welcoming. They had warm tea available which was great because I did not have clothes for winter in Paris and was freezing! Once my room was ready they took my luggage up for me which was so nice since I was an exhausted mess. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower had great pressure! I ventured out...

"Perfect for a basic hotel. There was a bit of construction happening in the reception area, but the remaining part which was open (breakfast room / baggage lockers) was fine. We were able to drop our bags ahead of the check-in time, and the room was clean and secure. Would stay again."

"Great location staff is amazing near louvre and walking to many stores and places to eat. IMPORTANT NOTE it is in the Asian part of Paris be prepared to have these options to eat. Not a deal breaker for my was great but thought there be more French food options. Don’t let this deter you just a side note. The staff made me feel like family. The breakfast was 7 out of 10 and was well priced. Please say high to Fabio he is great."

"The “junior suite” was a regular room by North American standards (but rooms in Paris tend to be small). Perfect location, excellent staff, cute boutique hotel. Dislike: There is a light triggered by a motion detector going to the bathroom, you will wake up your companion."
