"From walking in i was impressed. Staff were helpful and friendly, little touches everywhere. The room was absolutely beautiful and had birthday things for me as it was my birthday. Amenities were a lovely touch and the coffee machine was great. Bed massive and so comfortable. Everyone super helpful, breakfast was amazing, so much choice and very yummy. Service was 2nd to none, checking on us, drinks and food brought so quickly"

Wer gerne mal verschiedene Biere ausprobieren möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Unser Zimmer war angenehm groß mit ordentlichem Kingsize-Bett. Das Bad überzeugt mit einer ordentlichen Dusche und genügend Platz. "We logeerden graag in dit sfeervolle hotel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kleinschaligheid van het hotel vond ik een groot pluspunt. Met bovendien gezellige bar om de dag af te sluiten. Zoals overal in Londen is er tot laat in de avond en heel vroeg in de ochtend straatlawaai. Ik vond het dus heel attent dat er oordopjes ter beschikking waren. Het dakterras voor de gasten vond ik een leuk extraatje. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar heel lekker en vers. "

"We had a fantastic stay- everything was perfect, from the staff being friendly and endlessly helpful, gorgeous and comfortable room and incredible food, service and views from the 7th floor bar/restaurant. I was not able to try the pool but will next time. From now on we will only book Virgin hotels. The BEST!!!"

"The rooms were very clean and the property itself was very nice. Pleasantly surprised with how spacious the rooms felt; felt homey. Amenities were excellent. Good spot for someone on a business trip for an extended period of time. Great location, very conveniently close to major train stations, especially the Elizabeth Line connecting you to Heathrow.
