"This property is located about a five minute walk from the beach and walking distance from a few other accommodations. I stayed in a garden studio. Very spacious with A/C, two queen sized beds, dresser, wardrobe, mini fridge and television. The bathroom was spacious also, with twin sinks and shower heads. "The staff were amazing from check in, cleaning staff, beach staff were all above and beyond. The property was beautiful and immcaulently clean. Beach staff went above and beyond and same with office staff prior to arrival. You would be hard pressed to complain about this property!!! Just wonderful! "We had an excellent stay. The accommodations were roomy, clean, and quite comfortable. Mary was lovely to deal with. It was close to everything including a gym, but you need a car to comfortably get around. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful view in a lovely, well appointed unit facing the pool and ocean. Outstanding communication with Joyce, our property manager throughout our stay. "I am so happy I stayed here! The host is lovely! Very quiet neighborhood without cars coming in and out. Close to markets, beaches, gas station, airport, bank, restaurants and main carnival events. Perfect for solo travelers. "The property was very clean and all the amenities were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with clean and like new pots , pans, cups and dishes. The view was breath taking. With some experience and care, the water was accessible from the cliff and rocky shore for snorkeling. The no-see-ums were bad on the terrace, perhaps this time of year, but fans were available to help. All in all, a lovely stay at Clearview villas."

"We visited Anguilla for the first time to attend my cousin’s wedding and fell in love with the island and especially the people including the Topaz team who made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The views are better than the photos can convey and you can even see St. Martin looking to the south from the upper deck. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Anguilla and it would be our first choice the next time we return."
