From the entrance a staircase leads to the living area where there is a dining table, a single armchair bed and an open-plan kitchen equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and an espresso machine. A half bath is also located on this floor. Some stairs lead up to the sleeping area with a walk-in closet, a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
