"We like the location as it's very tranquil, 10-15 minutes walk to Hammersmith Station. Good restaurants nearby. We had one meal in the bar which was very nice. The room is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They will help you with your luggage if asked. There is no lift to the rooms. "Bad: Nobody picks up the phone, no matter what time of day you call. Check in is a kiosk machine, but doesnt work if you booked with Expedia. No fridge or microwave. Window doesn't open and looks into the middle of the building somehow? Good: Room was clean and spacious. Nice bathroom."

"It was a very nice place to stay. Location was excellent for transport which was most of the reason I chose it. The room was good size for London and the shower was excellent. Do be aware that they put a sizable hold on your credit card (mine was £300 for 4 nights) against any money you might spend at the restaurant or damage caused to the room. I thought this was excessive and might not have booked had I been aware."

"Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Koffer konnten an An und Abreisetag deponiert werden. Das Frühstück ist nur „to Go“. Im Außenbereich stehen 3 Tische, an denen man bei schönem Wetter frühstücken kann. Sonst keine Sitzmöglichkeiten zum frühstücken. Zimmer sauber aber klein. Zum schlafen ausreichend. Der Stadtteil Hammersmith ist super um schnell überall hinzukommen. Wir würden wiederkommen."

"Das Zimmer war sauber, und das Frühstück solide. Allerdings waren wir mit 4 Personen dort, wovon eine ein Babybett benötigte. Dieses war auch vorhanden, aber in einem so kleinen zimmer, dass ein Bewegen quasi nicht möglich war. Die freundliche Damen am Empfang hat uns ein größeres Zimmer empfohlen, ging erst ab der zweiten Nacht, das war viel größer und wesentlich besser geeignet. Von daher am Ende super."

"Great location in between the two for Kew gardens and Wembley in the same weekend. Locaged right next to morrisons and the market so perfect for a breakfast before heading out and plenty of street parming available nearby. Front desk staff were very helpful, we checked in on arrival at 12.15pm so very early and were given a nice spacious room on floor 3. Beds were comfy but only had 1 pillow each and bedding very thin but perfect for the hot weather while we stayed. Air con didnt work but a fan...
