Vintage bright& cosy central apartament

One minute from the main piazza (3rd largest in italy) and a few yards walk away from the historical Dome, Sagra, the Pios. Shops and pubs are at easy reach, this apartment sits in a popular central location of town and boasts double glazed windows overlooking the Main street below from which guests can enjoy the world go by.
The well equipped apartment is practical and cosy to suit working professionals on smart working or busy professional touring for business around town.
The space
The building is an historical building dating back to the 1950 and it’s divided by 3 floors

Each floor has its own large apartment coexisting by sharing the main d/stairs entrance and only lift, onto their own individual floors

We kindly ask our guests to be respectful of the communal spaces particularly if using the lift or mindful to the neighbours when climbing communal hard marble stairs in safety
Guest access
Guests can access the apartment from the main wooden door in the downstairs PORTICO,

Guests then climb a few set of steps and 2 flights of stairs for the fittest.

Lift available if needed

The main door to the Apartment is on the second floor.

On entering the main thick door to the apartment you will find a small wooden door on your left which is Private and inhabited for yearly periodic lengths of time by the host and not designed for guests, hence locked.

Our guests will only have to climb the medium size marble stair to the floor above to find their one double bedroom (north facing) for their fully self catered stay
