"We love coming to this unit each and every year! The room is very spacious and very clean upon arrival. It has a fantastic view of the dunes and ocean. And you can walk right out to the beach in minutes! We have been staying in this unit every year since 2019 and it holds some of our favorite memories. The owner is very easy to communicate with and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. If you are looking for a laid-back, family vacation spot, look no further than this villa in Seabrook...

"Great location right on the beach! Nice pool area too. The condo was exactly as described. It was fairly well maintained and relatively clean, but it obviously is a popular unit with renters. The kitchen could use a deep clean and the slider door is about due for an upgrade (the handle had fallen off one of its brackets before our arrival). Parking and accessing the unit via stairs or the elevator was a breeze. If you’re looking for beachfront convenience, this place won’t disappoint."

"It was exactly the way it was described, small but it was what we needed it to be. The host was less than good at communicating and was a bit snippy when we asked about missing washcloths and a tricky cable connection. The Oceanfront property was certainly a plus when you can hop skip and jump to the beach. All in all after a short trip to target for washcloths we were quite pleased with our stay."

"Wonderful Layout, Great Beach Access, and Fantastic Host!We really enjoyed our time on Kiawah Island and had a wonderful stay at this condo. The proximity to the beach was very nice—it was a short, easy walk along the boardwalk right to the ocean. We were even lucky enough to be there while sea turtles were laying eggs and baby turtles were hatching, which we absolutely loved!The owner was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—providing great support before booking, during our stay,...
