"Spent New Years week with my sister and brother-in-law, grown children and grandchildren. The house was very accommodating for our large group. We loved the size of the dining room table and kitchen bar. Pet friendly for our fur babies. The host was very helpful with questions and check in was easy. The only downside was it was not very clean and there are no pots and pans that can be used. The nonstick coating is chipping, peeling or gone. They really need a new set of pots and pans. ...

You can see the ocean from the sitting area inside which makes it even more relaxing, we loved having our coffee on the porch where we could enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean. "The bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were worse. There was just a sheet of cheap foam rubber on top of the mattress which made the bed so soft you could not turn over in it without great effort. There were no wash clothes in the linens. The furniture was beat up and worn so the entire experience was very disappointing to say the least. It appears there had not been much attention to upkeep on the entire unit."

It offers a uniquely designed south facing patio with a beautiful 180 degree view of the golf course and lagoon … together with plenty of additional shaded seating, if preferred. Great wildlife to watch.The tastefully designed furniture is all new or like new and extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the adjustable recliners.
