  • Our Unit at the Breakers # 071984 is registered with the Town of Hilton Head in compliance with their Short-Term Rental Ordinance.
    Our Family has been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for over 20 years. Over those years we have created unforgettable memories such as fishing, dolphin watching, walking /bike riding to many spectacular places. A great place to relax and enjoy the views of the awesome beach. We have stayed at the Breakers units on many occasions. It is by far one of our favorite places to stay when vacationing here. What makes the Breaker’s Villas different than others is the close proximity to dining, shopping, entertainment, and the beach. A few short steps across the parking area you will find fabulous restaurants and shopping, and a few short steps the other way in the opposite direction you will step into beautiful waters of the Atlantic ocean.

    After many years, the opportunity presented itself for our family to purchase one of these oceanfront villas. We could not walk away from the chance to make one of these our own.

    Our villa at 236 Breakers is located on the second floor and the view of the ocean is completely Breathtaking. There have been few experiences in our life that compare to our family vacations at this beach!

    We invite you and your family to visit and create your own memories. We can facilitate weekly and monthly rentals. (Snowbirds are welcome with great discounts). We will try to accommodate any reasonable request. We offer a 25% discount for monthly rentals. However, only weekly rentals are accepted from the first of March through the end of October. All other rental requests will be considered so don't hesitate to ask.

    We take great pride and care to ensure your stay in our villa will be an enjoyable one. If you should experience any unsatisfactory issue or have any concern, please feel free to contact me directly so we can address immediately. Thank you, Don Asplin

    Some Amenities include: Pool, new washer and dryer, cable TV, linens, towels, dish towels, new stove, new microwave, new refrigerator, new dishwasher, new toaster, all new utensils, new furniture, one king size bed with one folding bed and two air mattresses.

    We take pride in keeping our unit clean. Cleanliness is our main goal and we will strive to meet every need you possibly have.

We enjoyed our short stay. The unit is exactly as pictured. Would highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay in the area, plus location was super convenient and parking was included.

Rental was very nice, couldn’t beat the beautiful ocean view! Owner sent us a text the day of letting us know the rental was ready earlier than expected. What nice people! Space was perfect for two people, had everything we needed for our stay. Only wish it had been longer.

Incredible views just steps away from the beach! The condo itself is so comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. We literally parked and didn’t have to get in the car again for the entire week- great shopping area with restaurants within close walking distance. Communication with owners is wonderful.

We would stay there again! The view from the balcony was great! The dishwasher was in disrepair. We had an issue with getting into the condo with the lock code, but the issue was quickly resolved after contacting owner.

The condo was just as listed - it was a bit cramped, very small and felt a little chaotic with little to no storage for luggage/belongings but otherwise everything was really great!

Words can’t describe how perfect this place was. Nothing better than waking up to beautiful sunrises, hearing the surf and smelling the salty air! The location of this condo is central and accessible to all that plus a shopping area across the street, filled with choices of shops and restaurants for a taste of the island. Great golf courses are nearby, but you will need transportation to get to them. This condo was well-equipped, immaculate , furniture was very comfortable, and the view was incredible! Our host was very helpful before and throughout our stay, and always quick to respond. We highly recommend this place for all the reasons above, and more. It couldn’t have been nicer!

The view is so beautiful, breathtaking, calming. The condo is quaint with decor. The plaza across the street was a big plus. Parked our truck and didn’t get in it for 6 days. I would love to come back.
